This link opens in a popup window Medina del Campo, the traditional venue of fairs and important economic centre, is the capital of a vast territory consisting of large cereal fields and vineyards (Denomination of Origin Rueda). The area includes many winemaking towns, such as Serrada, La Seca, Pozaldez, or Nava del Rey. The river Duero, as it passes through Castronuño, contains fauna and flora. In fact, it has been officially declared a Natural Reserve.

Access
The area is located to the southwest of the city of Valladolid, around Tordesillas and Medina del Campo, bordering with the provinces of Zamora, Salamanca and Ávila.
