‘El Castillo’ site is placed in the right bank of the Huebra River. It is a very steep and inaccessible area. To the North of the fort and before accessing to its walled enclosure, an important field of standing stones, with the wall right at the South of this field, is preserved.

The walled enclosure defends the fort for its Northern and Eastern flanks. It has a length of almost 200 meters. Inside the fort you can see remains of several buildings of rectangular floor, which are hidden by the thick vegetation.
