The dolmen of the hermitage of Galisancho is located in a geographic stripe of the Tormes valley, which has a large megalithic concentration and corresponds to a type of the so-called ‘passage tombs’ and have a circular chamber and a long passage to access.

The archaeological material extracted in the different excavations is abundant, with over 200 pots, it demonstrates two great moments of occupation, from a date not far of 3000 BC and that continues until far advanced the second millennium.
