El Foro (Pórtico Sur)
The Astúrica forum is located in the highest area of the city and is made up of a double colonnaded portico that surrounds it on its north, south and west sides. On the eastern flank stands the basilica, where justice was administered, and, in the center, an altar rises, on a large quadrangular plan platform supported by vaulted galleries of which only the one on the eastern side is preserved, which is traditionally known as La Ergástula.
