Mudejar church with a polygonal structure on top of a straight one. It contains four Mudejar sepulchres of the 16th century with plaster filigree work and a Renaissance altarpiece.

High on a terrace of the wall of Cuellar, it is perhaps the fundamental Romanesque building of the style of Cuellar, that together with the Sahagun and Arevalo styles constitute an important set of interrelated focus.
