Built in the 11th century and reformed in the 12th and 16th. Most of the present church dates from the 18th century. The romanesque apse, concealed by the consistory, is the only remnant of the original structure. It contains a pieta by Luis Salvador dating from 1750.

Contains a group of sculptures by Gregorio Fernández, located in the altar of the Virgen del Carmen, and several Easter floats.
