This 13th-century church was enlarged in the 17th. It contains a sculpture of the annunciation in the gothic front and the main altarpiece has paintings by Mengs. The church consists of three naves featuring altarpieces, sepulchres, paintings, images, etc. The sculpture of the Virgen del Manzano, dating from the 13th century, is particularly interesting.

The chancel contains a Rococo altarpiece whose central motif is the Annunciation by Mengs, the chamber painter of Carlos III. On the sides, the sepulchres of the counts of Castro, Juan de Mendoza, the marquis of La Hinojosa, and Diego Sarmiento, the count of Ribadavia.
