Excellent stonework shrine with an octagonal layout similar to other romanesque shrines on the Camino de Santiago. Over the octagon there is a plinth decorated with reliefs as squares, crowned with a lantern over crossing tower that has eight openings allowing light in.

The rich entrance portal to the chapel is in the baroque style of the 18th century and has a relief with the coat of arms of the diamond-like city as a central motif.

Each one of the walls that make up the shrine is decorated with interesting and well-kept baroque altarpieces. In the middle, the solemn image of Jesus of Nazareth, patron saint of Almazán, presides over the complex.
