Palace of the Ayala Berganza / House of the Crime
The Casa Palacio de los Ayala Berganza, due to its layout, treatment and style, is configured as a property of high heritage value within the Segovia civil architecture, framed in the socio-economic boom of the wool industry, and constitutes an interesting example of the architecture linked to this activity in the province of Segovia.
At the beginning of the 20th century it was rented by the painter and potter Daniel Zuloaga for his studio. Known as "House of Crime", the building has now been rehabilitated and transformed for hotel use.
