16th-century palace. The facade, windows, cloister, interior courtyard and noble staircase are worth seeing. Don Juan de Quiñones y Guzmán, bishop of Calahorra had the palace built.

It was begun around 1560 on the site of the former city wall and the Gothic-Mudejar palace the family owned and both were torn down.

With the passage of time the building deteriorated until 1882 when the Deputation of León acquired it and now housing the provincial deputation.
