Built in the 15th and 16th centuries, in the Gothic and Renaissance styles
Palace - Tower or Guzmanes
Also known under the name of Muxica and Oñate, this Gothic and Renaissance style palace, built in the 15th and 16th centuries, with a skin of dressed stone and masonry crowned with crenellated battlements and watchtowers at the corners.
This is a tall fortified tower with battlements and a Renaissance courtyard behind the entrance. Today it houses the offices of the provincial council.
