Museum of the Glass. Royal Glass Factory of La Granja
It is hosted in the former Royal Glass Factory of La Granja, one of the most important industrial buildings in the Europe of the Enlightenment (XVIIIc).
Machines, tools, moulds and historical and contemporary pieces comprise the collection which is on permanent display in the restored industrial architectural venue of the Real Fábrica de Cristales. The evolution of glass and ways of working with glass through the centuries can be traced in the exhibition's different sections.
