16th-century palace with a 15th-century tower attached, built by Isabel Osorio. In 1496, the second Constable of Castilla, Don Bernardino de Velasco, bought the estate and his heirs later built the palace next to the tower in the middle of the 16th century. In 1556, Doña Isabel de Osorio, 'the Lady of Saldañuela' acquired the property and built the greater part of the palace that is standing today.

It is a two-storey building with an inner courtyard and is built in the style of architecture prevalent in 16th-century Burgos. It has three porched sides and a fountain on the fourth side. The main façade has two floors and a porched gallery.
