It is one of the most unique set of the Spanish popular architecture preserved, for its antiquity, was inaugurated on 18 August 1828 when Fernando VII was reigning and for its amplitude and conservation of original materials and structures, is an interesting example of a peculiar type of circular design free of buildings, which next to the adjacent Theatre Latorre, is a monumental complex of great relevance.
