It is a monumental temple of the XVI century of granite ashlar, very abundant material in the area. Four outside buttresses of the nave, which reach up to the roof, and of the main chapel, which are topped with narrow steps, highlight; the tower which is situated to the West, attracts attention also.

It shows a curious planimetry, since, although it has three naves, the lateral ones are so narrow that they look like niche chapels. The central nave is covered by ribbed vaults with different designs in each section, while the main chapel, with a three-cloth front, receives a star vault.
