A contempory of the town hall (17th century), on the facade there is the coat-of-arms of the collegiate (also known as the casa del cabildo). There is a large balcony from where the town councillors observed what took place in the square.

On the present day facade there is a profane statue of the Goddess of Power which, according to the people of Medina, was placed there by the owner of the house to celebrate and commemorate her victory over the town council after a long legal dispute.
