Puerta de Olivares, del Obispo or Óptima, known by these names. From it you can access the Cathedral and the Castle of Zamora and in the opposite direction you can reach the Duero and the Olivares streams (mills) located on the side of the river. Formerly it gave access to the old Roman bridge, now disappeared.

It is located between the episcopal palace and the Casa del Cid and is attached to the Peñas de Santa Marta. It is one of the oldest gates in the city, it was part of the first walled enclosure.

From here we can admire the quiet Douro pass and the beauty of the Roman bridge. A place with a lot of history and beauty to contemplate.
