The city of Leon hosts this internationally renowned exhibition space designed by architects Luis Tuñón and Juan Moreno Mansilla. The complex geometry of the building with open spaces in which art and life are intended to harmonize, welcomes the visitor with a multicolored façade made up of three thousand three hundred and fifty-one glasses that make up a mosaic of thirty-seven colors inspired by the stained glass window "El Falconer" from the Cathedral of Leon.

The MUSAC is a living space, a tool with which to awaken critical knowledge of art, culture and current society. It is also participatory in the development of new models of artistic production, of making contemporary art visible and sharing.

This cultural reference is open to all models of thought, to dialogue, to the analysis of new artistic proposals and their interaction with society. The MUSAC is a living tool, a crossroads of culture and identities to promote culture and knowledge, while helping to create a network that brings creators into contact with social and artistic agents.
