Lola González Capilla (Maheshwari) presents her sixth book, "The Little Theater of Consciousness," a book that invites you to embark on a playful yet profound journey into your inner world. Through symbolic characters inspired by stories and illustrated by the author herself, you can peek into your inner theater and identify and organize the many voices that reside within you and influence how you feel, decide, and live.

Thus, characters like the Wolf, Little Red Riding Hood, Sleeping Beauty, and Tarzan come to life as archetypes that reveal internal aspects to be recognized, integrated, and understood within the chakra energy system. According to Lola González Capilla, following Carl Gustav Jung's vision, these symbols of the collective unconscious open doors of understanding that the ordinary mind cannot reach, fostering self-knowledge and personal evolution. The book also includes a workbook that allows the reader to explore these archetypes individually and in groups.

Lola González Capilla is an integrative physician specializing in micronutrition, microbiota, and microcirculation. Her work is characterized by the union of science and consciousness, the essence of her "Design Your Health" project, through which she guides transformative processes from a holistic perspective of the human being. She has also developed extensive experience as a teacher and trainer, coordinating, along with her partner Luis Luna (Ganesha), yoga and meditation teacher training programs, as well as retreats and personal growth processes at the Crisálida Yoga School. This book arises precisely from the purpose of offering students—both those initiated and beginners—a playful and creative path to self-knowledge.

In addition, she is the author of the books "Neuroinflammation and glutathione", "The microcirculation revolution", "Daily Sabbaticals", "Om I think with love" and co-author of "Soul, consciousness and life" and is the director and founder of the Crisálida School of Yoga, health and meditation, together with Luis García Luna.
