The Pilgrims’ Road runs through the municipality although it misses the town whose name comes from the fact that it is situated at the entrance to Zamora. It is the last town on the Silver Route before the city of Zamora which can be seen in the distance, despite the fact that its streets and squares are still a considerable distance away.
This town is also the site of the Parish Church of Entrala.
