Chillón Cheese Museum
Visit to the Cheese Museum + Tasting (reservation required, subject to availability)
At the Cheese Museum, visitors can see the evolution of the cheesemaking process in this artisanal, family-run factory.
Four generations of the Chillón family dedicated more than 125 years to making sheep cheese, now reflected in this museum.
An exciting tour reminiscent of the artisanal cheesemaking work that all farming families, and ours in particular, carried out in their villages.
The visit ends with an extensive tasting of seven types of raw sheep's milk cheeses, sausages and Toro DOP reserve wine.
