The Strategic Plan of Gastronomic Tourism of Castilla y Leon 2013-2015 aims to strengthen cultural and sustainable tourism, and turn Castilla y Leon into a leading gastronomic destination at national and international level.

For this purpose have been developed 16 lines of action framed in five dimensions that operate under the optics of the Strategic Axes of Tourist Marketing Plan: institutional consultation and public-private partnerships; internationalization; and contribution of a significant number of visitors, overnight stays and the average expenditure of tourists in Castilla y Leon, and to the economic development and employment in the region.
