It is a causeway along more than 300 meters.
Roman bridge and roman road
In a place where there are important resting places of cattle already from the Prehistoric times, we find a causeway along more than 300 meters, in whose centre we see the bridge of three arches.
Its stratigraphic sequence shows us the successive interventions from the century I BC to our days, being of special importance in the Middle Ages due to be a crossroad of the Occidental Cañada Real Leonesa over the Valderaduey River, being the border between the kingdoms of Castilla and Leon here for more than 100 years.
