The Main Bridge of Toro, also known as ‘Stone Bridge’, started to be built towards the year 1194 and was dated in 1222. It consisted of 22 arches; most of them were pointed, on prismatic pillars with cutwaters of triangular floor, made with ashlar, with sections of masonry joined with mortar and some other regular ashlar.
