Tower House Gabanes
In the center of Valley of Tobalina is Gabanes, in a depression formed by the rivers Ebro and Nela. The Casa Fuerte, which was already mentioned in the XVII century, located to the South of the church, stands out in its urban area. A place, to that you can access through the front door on the West side, with a semicircular arch flanked by pilasters. With rectangular floor, it is built with blocks and sandstone ashlar.
The coat of arms of the gateway tells us the Tower belonged to the family Angulo, and previously to the Salazar.
