Main altarpiece in Renaissance style completed in 1553, as indicated by the cartouche located on the tympanum of the triangular pediment at the top of the complex. It is made up of two first bodies of five streets and an upper one of three streets that connects with the previous ones through fins ending in hybrid figures.

Within the masonry, the variety of grotesque motifs incorporated into the pilasters and friezes of the entablatures stands out, while the central street of the first bodies contains a tabernacle and a sculpture of the Trinity .

For their part, the side streets make up a set of oil paintings on panel focused mainly on episodes from the cycles of the Infancy of Jesus , Glory of Christ and scenes from the life of Mary that culminate with the representation of the Ascension of Christ .
