这条长距离步道是按照历史路径设计的。从Medina de Pomar)出发，步道朝着内拉河岸延伸，经过米尼翁镇后，穿过桑图尔德的特鲁埃瓦河。从那里开始，步道穿过不同的城镇，穿过佩拉达山脉 (Sierra Pelada)，到达纳瓦戈斯 (Návagos)。
