Robledo is an ethnographic municipality in itself where we can see, in addition to the Iberian wolf center, an important sample of the territory's ethnographic heritage: the wax press, the forge, the oven and the traditional laundries.

The winery shows us the ancient workings of this land with the only wax press that can be visited in Zamora, necessary to understand the process of extracting wax and honey. The size of the black beam that moves the lathe to compress the honeycombs and extract the wax, tools and utensils, used at a time when wax candles were essential for residents, is surprising. The complex is completed with a traditional oven, still in operation, and an old forge.
