It opened to the public in 1986 and shows important works such as the main altarpiece of the sculptor of Palencia Francisco Giralte of XVI century, disciple and collaborator of Alonso Berruguete. It has three medieval tombs and a collection of sculpture, painting, gold articles and silverware, documents and textiles.
