It is located in an old oil mill whose restoration earned him a Europa Nostra medal in 2002. It explains the history of the olive tree and oil through different resources.

Through different rooms, the exhibition goes through the journey of the olive carefully until it becomes the precious oil: from the patio, where the olive was deposited in the "lizards", through its pressing and extraction in the mill, until its conservation in the jars.

Objects related to oil and its uses are also exhibited: vessels, baskets, lamps and even a tartana.
