The exhibition room measures 600 square metres and houses more than 11000 figures of pigs, organised by theme, material and origin. A video presents the importance of the pig in the human diet, its role in gastronomy and in culture, slaughtering the animal, and the possibilities the animal offers for human beings.

It has reproductions, carvings, paintings and photographs of pigs from different countries, slaughtering implements.
