La Carteria
Former 18th century large house restored using original materials. The sobriety of its origins has been respected inside, maintaining the traditional architectural elements while merging them with 21st-century comfort and design. It was originally used by the Cistercian monks of San Martín de Castañeda Monastery to collect tithes, before it became the first local post office in the district.
Today, it is an establishment characterized by the mixture of decorative styles. La Cartería is in an extraordinary area for nature lovers and open air activity adepts
