In the heart of the Arlanza region, on the banks of the river, stands the historic town of Covarrubias, one of the best examples of traditional Castilian architecture in the entire province of Burgos.

Enjoy a valuable monumental complex and walk through its arcaded streets, full of majestic towers such as that of Fernán Gonzalez, emblazoned houses such as the Archive of the Advancement of Castilla and religious temples among which the former collegiate church of San Cosme and San Damián stands out, which stands out.
