Edificio proyectado entre 1910 y 1911 por el arquitecto Jerónimo Arroyo, siendo un ejemplo de modernismo floral, con elementos neogóticos, neorrománicos y secesionistas. La fachada es de tipo gótico veneciano y catalán.

The college has three floors, the lower floor consisting of colonnades formed by four flattened arches on five prismatic hexagonal pillars with capitals decorated with the coats of arms of the Villandrandos on the ends and allegories of the three Christian virtues in the centre. Built by Doña Eduviges Sanz de Sedano y Monedero, Viscountess of Villandrando to take in and educate governesses of orphan girls.
