Autumn is an especially sensory time to get to know the infinite faces of the Leonese mountains. Seven Biosphere Reserves extend from east to west from Picos de Europa where it is possible to navigate river fjords or see buffaloes in the Anciles valley, to Ancares with its ethnographic wealth, passing through Babia where the Leonese kings found rest. Everything here invites enjoyment in its purest form.
