The Ribadelago Museum of Memory is an exhibition centre spread over two floors in a historic building in the town of Ribadelago Nuevo. Accessibility is a priority in the museum space, as it has open spaces, as well as an elevator that connects the two floors.

The permanent exhibition houses a series of information panels, plans, documentation from the period, an audiovisual, as well as a whole series of photographs that tell us about the Tragedy of the Vega de Tera dam failure, whose waters devastated the town of Ribadelago.

The Museum of Memory also houses a space where temporary exhibitions are held, allowing artists and artisans to display their works.

The opening of the Ribadelago Memory Museum has been possible thanks to the collaboration of the Provincial Council of Zamora, the Association of Children of Ribadelago and the City Council of Galende, as well as the invaluable assistance of citizens.
