18TH EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL CLASSICAL MUSIC FESTIVAL NIGHTS OF THE ROYAL SITE

Saturdays from June 21st to July 19th at the Canónigos Theater of the Royal Site of San Ildefonso at 8:00 p.m.

On June 28 it will be Ludwig van Beethoven 's turn, with a chamber version of his famous Symphony No. 6 Pastoral, arranged by MG Fischer. This performance will be performed by the CSKG String Ensemble, under the musical direction and participation of cellist Dmitri Tsirin . An opportunity to enjoy this masterpiece in an intimate and close format.

On July 5th , Romantic Piano will be the star of the show. Three distinguished pianists, Nino Kereselidze, Alejandro Mateo, and Carlos Luque, will perform works by Chopin and Liszt, two essential figures of the 19th century. It will be an evening filled with expressiveness and the most passionate repertoire of European Romantic piano.

On July 12 , Piazzolla and Tchaikovsky will present their Seasons with the trio formed by Weronika Bagniewska (violin), Ignacy Krzemi'ski-Iwan (cello), and Andrey Yaroshinsky (piano). A journey through the twelve months of the year, full of melodic richness, color, nostalgia, and beauty.

The festival will culminate on July 19 with Italian Melodies , dedicated to Italian opera, featuring arias, duets, and trios from some of the most celebrated works in the repertoire. Tenor Shalva Mukeria, soprano Andreea Braga, and mezzo-soprano Andrea Castro, accompanied on piano by Manuel Burgueras, will perform works by the great masters of bel canto .
