On Monday, September 22, at 7 p.m., Javier González Castellano will present his book, which will be accompanied by a documentary screening.

In Spain, 11 people die by suicide every day. On August 12, 2020, Mario, Paco and Bea's son, at just 19 years old, became an angel. From that profound loss, this work was born, combining moving stories, full of lessons that are "golden" for the reader, and practical tools for learning how to manage the emotional tsunamis of everyday life.

Consisting of 11 chapters, ANGEL interweaves emotional conversations between Mario and 11 of his loved ones: eight friends, his parents, and his brother. These dialogues are a journey toward understanding, love, and hope, illuminating the survivors' path from grief to healing.

The second part of each chapter becomes a practical manual for emotional intelligence, offering clear and effective tools for managing emotions, overcoming pain, guilt, and fear, and living with coherence between what we think, feel, and do.

ANGEL is addressed to everyone, but especially to survivors (people who have lost a loved one to suicide), teachers, adolescents, parents, and healthcare professionals, serving as a beacon through life's emotional storms. It is a testament to the fact that even in the darkest moments, there is light and hope. With an immense message of love, this work inspires us to live with purpose, balance, and fulfillment, demonstrating that every loss can be transformed into an act of life and that there is always someone willing to accompany us on this "path to life."

May this "Angel" guide you on this journey. Don't hesitate to ask for help; life is always worth living with hope.

Free admission until full capacity.
