Ephemera FestivalThis link will open in a pop-up window. is the latest festival promoted by the Municipal Culture Foundation and the CreArt 3.0 project to showcase the latest urban art trends in the city through a selection of site-specific ephemeral projects, mural interventions, and street furniture. Since its first edition in 2021, a dozen Valladolid artists, as well as national and international artists, have participated in the festival, transforming the streets of Valladolid into an open-air art gallery.

Ephemera Festival offers a 20-day tour of the city with a different perspective, one that's more open and aware of urban art, through an itinerary of 14 stops/projects/creators. It's coordinated by Cless and CreArt.

The library is participating in this project by hosting the Hinchables project by Valladolid artist Ratpilot in the palm tree courtyard.

The project involves using disposable plastic to create empty spaces that can foster interactions and creations within artistic disciplines. By joining plastic bags together using industrial or masking tape, large spaces can be created that can lead to different visual and artistic experiences. Once these bags are joined together, using compressors or air generators, we can inflate them and create these spaces that, through imagination, will give rise to endless artistic possibilities.

You can't miss it.
