The Stick Dances of San Leonardo de Yagüe have been declared a Festival of Tourist Interest in Castilla y León on 14/11/25. They are celebrated on February 2nd and 3rd, during the festival of Candlemas and Saint Blaise, and take place inside the parish church at the end of mass.

The Stick Dances (stick as a sword), are a spectacle that represents the roots of a people, its origin is not known exactly, they could go back to the warrior dances of the Celtiberian era and that, over time, have become religious-warrior dances.

There are eleven dances, each with its own music and lyrics, but nowadays they are not sung; the music for the dances is played with a dulzaina (a type of oboe), followed by a drum roll.
