The 37th sluice is situated near the entrance to Dueñas and a little further, on entering Puente de las Candelas, the 38th sluice can be found. L’ensemble de l’écluse 37 est constitué par la minoterie La Estrella de Castilla, un important édifice en brique à cinq étages, et plusieurs entrepôts qui sont en bon état.
Il reste aussi la maison de l’éclusier et la deuxième ainsi que la troisième lieues kilométriques des sept lieues que possède la Canal, outre deux aqueducs: celui de Culdeque et celui de Valdesanjuan.
