Klezmática is a group that focuses its work on performing compositions based on traditional melodies from Central and Eastern European countries, as well as Balkan and klezmer music. These melodies serve as a starting point for the musicians to create interesting arrangements.

The group consists of four musicians with a solid academic background, combined with experience in other fields (folk, jazz, tango, classical music, etc.). The influence of all these styles is evident in the sound effects, improvisations, scales, harmonic constructions, and formal structures of the pieces they perform. The fusion of such disparate elements with the energetic melodies and rhythms of Eastern music, enriched with the embellishments and elements characteristic of the klezmer style, creates an intriguing sonic universe that captivates the audience.

Traditional melodies and themes, often anonymous, are the basic material that undergoes stylization and transformation to create their own arrangements and compositions. Today's klezmori enrich their music not only with folklore from Slavic, Greek, Roma, Arab, and Turkish cultures, but also incorporate elements of jazz, folk, soul, and other contemporary musical styles such as pop and rock.
