On April 1st , at 12:00 pm, in the Children's Room of the Palencia Public Library , if you are between 4 and 8 years old, we invite you to participate in Story Time . In addition to listening to a fun storyteller, you will participate in a children's yoga session led by Mariola Lozano. Yoga is presented to children as a game where they can become aware of their bodies, connect with their breath, and relax.

There are 15 places available and registration will take place in the Children's Room.
