The purpose of the workshop is to give young people the tools to enter the labor market in the most effective way.

They will discuss the different types of communication: verbal, nonverbal, paraverbal, and effective oral communication, culminating in a workshop on how to prepare an elevator pitch. All of this will be taught through practical activities designed to put the theoretical concepts into practice.

CONTENT:

Theoretical content:

  1. First impression (Posture, eye contact, smile, greeting, clothing…).
  2. Types of communication (Verbal, non-verbal, paraverbal).
  3. Effective oral communication (Expression, tone, active listening, stress management).
  4. Elevator Pitch: Who am I? What can I do? What am I looking for?

Practical content:

Activities aimed at putting theoretical content into practice.
