Hunger, poverty, and inequality are deeply linked to the various forms of violence that threaten world peace. In turn, conflicts—especially the most violent ones—exacerbate these situations, intensifying hunger and poverty.

Achieving fair and sustainable development for all requires moving towards peaceful and inclusive societies. For 67 years, Manos Unidas' mission has been to nurture peace through education, healthcare, the recognition of our fundamental rights, and equality for all human beings.

"Peace is not merely the absence of war; it is the presence of justice, love, and forgiveness." (Saint John Paul II) In this exhibition, we explore different parts of the world affected by war and hunger. Manos Unidas collaborates with local partners in all these countries to build a future of peace.

The exhibition consists of a series of 12 roll-up banners.

This exhibition is part of the activity "NGOs take to the streets" carried out by the Burgos Working Group of the Coordinator of NGOs of Castilla y León, in collaboration with the Center for Cooperation and Solidarity Action.

This initiative aims to showcase to the public the work of non-governmental development cooperation organizations (NGOs) in Burgos through educational exhibitions in various formats.
