The exhibition addresses the climate emergency as a cross-cutting phenomenon that affects the fulfillment of human rights and the progress of the 2030 Agenda. Through the seven climate indicators defined by the World Meteorological Organization, it shows how climate change acts as a threat multiplier that impacts essential areas such as access to water, food, health, and housing.
The program combines rigorous information with a call to collective action, emphasizing the role of citizen mobilization in building climate justice. It is complemented by practical content that guides users toward changes in habits and daily decisions aligned with a sustainable development model.
The exhibition - by the NGO Amycos - is reinforced with four Sustainability on the Road stands, dedicated to organic farming, circular economy, renewable energies and sustainable mobility, which provide concrete examples and applicable solutions to move towards a habitable future.
The exhibition consists of a series of 12 roll-up banners plus 4 table stands.
This exhibition is part of the activity "NGOs take to the streets" carried out by the Burgos Working Group of the Coordinator of NGOs of Castilla y León, in collaboration with the Center for Cooperation and Solidarity Action.
This initiative aims to showcase to the public the work of non-governmental development cooperation organizations (NGOs) in Burgos through educational exhibitions in various formats.
