On Thursday, May 21st, at 7pm, a recital with Andrés Presumido and Irina Palazchenko.

To speak of Andrés Presumido is to speak of theater, an activity to which he has been linked his entire life and which informs his biography and his thinking. When you speak to him of theatrical productions, actors, stage possibilities, or any other detail of the art of Thespis, Andrés Presumido's eyes light up, his hands move with the agility of an orchestra conductor, and he gazes straight ahead, perhaps at a distant point on the horizon where the stage lights up and radiates light and possibilities for the future. To speak of theater with Andrés Presumido is, therefore, to speak of his life, the life of an actor and theater director who has every stage in the world, who has graced every possible stage, and who dreams of performances that transcend the everyday to become part of the future.
