On Wednesday, April 22 , to celebrate Book Day , at 7:00 p.m., in the Auditorium of the Palencia Public Library , we move through time with the performance The Time Capsule, letters to users of the year 2050.

In the time capsule, each person will write what they are currently reading, which authors they like, and also something about their life outside of books. What worries them at the moment, any anecdotes or personal circumstances they want to share with the future user. They can also leave a photograph or a small object in the envelope if they wish.

During that week and the previous one, people will be able to deposit their letters to the library's readers or users of the year 2050, and on the 22nd, anyone who wishes to do so will be able to read their own letter aloud and deposit it in the "time capsule" which will finally be sealed forever.

Free admission until full capacity.
