"To photograph is to love. It is to get close to the other person's skin until you feel their soul" - Isabel Muñoz.
That phrase sums up the spirit of this exhibition:

To get closer to nature, to listen to what it tells us, to recognize ourselves in the pain of loss and to celebrate ourselves in the very breath of living.

We Burn What We Love was born out of a desire to accompany a healing process following the environmental damage—especially the fires—that has scarred our land. In this exhibition, video rituals become metaphors for the enigma of life, gestures that seek to restore a wounded connection. Through photography and video, I offer sensitive tools to accompany this journey: to see, to understand, to feel, to transform.

Cris Garcia Camino holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Salamanca, has a degree from Salamanca directed by the renowned film critic Juan Antonio Pérez Millán entitled Humberto Rivas, a human portrait, and has just completed a Master of Advanced Studies in Art History.
