The " Psychology Today: What Can It Do for You?" series returns with a third lecture aimed at the general public. This lecture will address the topic of "Self-Esteem Throughout the Lifespan." The talk will be given by Marta F. Abril Herrero, a licensed clinical psychologist.

We will discuss the variations in self-esteem throughout life and common responses, myths and how to approach reality: demystifying beliefs and guidelines for healthy self-esteem at each stage.
